Summerwind 302 East is a third floor, east building 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath gulf front condo. This condo sleeps 6, with a King in the master, 2 Twins (bunkbed) built into an alcove in the hallway, and a Queen sofa sleeper in the living room. There are 2 TVs, a stereo, and a washer and dryer located in the unit. This unit is now equipped with complimentary wireless internet.

We did not have any problems so I did not have to contact the staff. However, the staff did call me to make sure everything was ok which was nice.

Condo was in perfect condition. The location is great. You are walking distance to a few restaurants. Only note I will make is that there was no hair dryer in the condo. Not a big deal but my wife did not pack one since there is typically one available (in our experience). Overall, 5 stars :)

We checked in at the desk around 12 to get pool passes and the head of house keeping and a gentleman were working and they were so kind and helpful. We were able to run to the store and our room was ready when we got back.

The one thing that comes to mind is that I appreciate the pool attendant vacating the pool when a storm is near. The pools are gorgeous and so clean. Also, appreciate the lifeguards.
