The living room is fully furnished and decorated to appeal to those looking for an ocean themed condo, with an even better view of the Gulf of Mexico. Additionally, there is a large flat screen TV and sound bar to enhance your movie watching experience. Once you are done enjoying your favorite movies, you will be delighted to enjoy the outdoor patio furniture overlooking the water. Beach Colony resort offers access to an Olympic sized swimming pool, community charcoal BBQ grills, and tennis courts. “Sunset Paradise” is perfect for families and couples alike.

1. We thought it was inconvenient (and possibly a health concern) not having a bathroom near the pool area.
2. We were confused about the property being pet friendly. Some correspondence stated NO PETS ALLOWED... but dogs were definitely present at the property.
3. We thought it would have been better if an on-site bar/grill was available for pizza/burgers/sandwiches & frozen drinks.

Beach Colony has become our new favorite vacation getaway! Each condo weve stayed in is beautiful and has a perfect view of the beach! This year we got to experience the fireworks off the pier for Fourth of July and it was breathtaking!! Overall, Navarre is our favorite beach and we look forward to coming every year!

A TV was not operable in the master bedroom. Navarre Properties promptly had someone come out to install a new TV. The maintenance person was super friendly.
Prior to that- I have worked with numerous Navarre Properties team members as I book through them every year then call in multiple times to either make payments or ask questions. The Customer Service I receive is unbelievable. Every time. Love Navarre Properties and will always continue to use them.
