Knot a Care - Summerwind 1102C

This was our second year staying in 1102C and we will continue to choose it for our future stays. It is a gorgeous condo and we love everything about it!

We plan on returning on our next beach vacation. Our condo was completely updated, and it was a comfortable stay. The condo had everything you need for a week at the beach.

After the hurricane passed, I was impressed how quickly the unit was inspected and property clean-up was begun.

It was an experience riding out a Cat 2 hurricane. We were fully prepared with water, food, flashlights, etc. Because of the storms crazy track we really did not expect it to be as bad as it was. I believe we would have evaluated if not for your notice saying it would be safer to stay, rather than drive through the storm, staying was the right call. We felt safe in our unit and except for some water that blew in through the slider, we were not affected at all. My only suggestion would be information in the unit about what to do in the event of a hurricane. This might include reminders about being well stocked with food and water, where to park your vehicle to avoid flooding!damage, etc. . We have been coming to Navarre Beach for 31 years and we will be back. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Navarre/Santa Rosa community as they go through clean up and recovery.

Our stay was one of the least complicated set up I've ever had. The few times I called the attendant picked up with just a short wait and answered all my questions. For check in it went just as described; we got a call about an hour early to the posted time that the property would be ready and it was just as we were leaving Fort Walton Beach airport. The coded pass entry system via email was much better that bothering with a set of keys. Excellent process!

The property was spotless upon check in. The Kitchen and appliances worked perfectly for our group and made the meal preps enjoyable. The living area was adequate and the balcony was very enjoyable for an early morning cup of coffee - what a view! We had a very enjoyable stay!

The condo was beautiful and clean.

We didn't interact too much with the staff, but Ben and Isaiah(?) were very helpful when I called.

Everything was perfect for us. Check in was super easy, the location was great and our unit was fabulous. The weather cooperated and we had a wonderful time.
