The open floor plan sleeps 6. Accommodations include a private master bedroom with a king-size bed, as well as two twin bunks built into an alcove in the hallway, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room.
The central bathroom has a modern tiled walk-in shower, accessed from both the hallway and the master bedroom. There is an in-unit washer and dryer, and a fully-furnished kitchen. 
The four comfortable chairs, tables, and ottomans on the balcony provide a great spot to sip your morning coffee, share a meal, catch a nap, or get lost in the sights and sounds that surround you. The views from the private balcony are unobstructed to the east; arguably the best view in the area. Spend some time looking down the Emerald Coast or strolling the longest fishing pier in Florida, and marvel at the dolphins and other aquatic life. 
You are steps away from a few restaurants on the beach and the pier. If you are feeling more active, bicycle, parasailing, and jet ski rentals are nearby. The paved pathways are perfect for an invigorating walk, run, or bikeride.

Check in is between 3PM and 5PM Central. Rooms are guaranteed by 5PM. Please be sure to have alternate plans in case you arrive before your unit is ready.

25% of the total balance is due upon booking as a deposit. Remaining balances are due 14 days prior to arrival, and in most cases, will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.
