Eat, Drink & Flounder is a 1 bedroom condo, 1 ½ bathrooms which sleeps 6. The master bathroom has a tub/shower combo, and a half hall bathroom with another sink and toilet.
From your master bedroom that features a king bed, alcove twin bunk beds in the hallway, and sleeper sofa in the living room, you will enjoy breathtaking views from your private gulf front 13th floor balcony of the Gulf of Mexico. This condo has brand new televisions throughout and recently replaced king and twin mattresses for your comfort.
Cook up your favorite dishes from the spacious kitchen with granite countertops and all the appliances and cookware you need. .
This condo also comes with a stackable washer & dryer.
When you are not hanging out in this beautiful condo, or lounging on our beaches, looking out at our crystal-clear emerald waters, you can enjoy access to the multiple swimming pools, hot tubs and fitness centers at Summerwind Resort. From booking the trip online to our departure, all correspondence was great. The communication via text/e-mail upon arrival in Navarre was great. Our condo was actually ready and available two hours early. This was the second time we have rented a condo through Navarre Properties. The communication is top notch. Properties are clean and well maintained.

The condo was very comfortable and clean. Spectacular views. We spent a lot of time sitting on the balcony enjoying the view. We love this property. The access the beach is great. The facilities are clean and well maintained. Everyone is extremely friendly. We didn't have any direct interaction with staff this trip. Previous trip, the people working at the desk were friendly and helpful. The clean staff is always friendly.

We love staying at SummerWind! The beaches are clean, the lifeguards are nice and the people renting chairs are pleasant to talk to. The pool is awesome for little kids as it is not deeper than 5ft. We were able to teach our little girl how to dog paddle and felt safe letting her paddle around the pool with us close behind. The room was clean and well stocked with what we needed.
We loved how security would walk around and check pool bracelet. They even spoke to some teens who were being to rough in the pool area around little kids.
We felt like we were home and our little 3 year old felt comfortable and was able to enjoy being away from home.
The place is nice, clean and feels safe.

I love the location....the easy access to EVERYTHING! The balcony views are breathtaking! We loved looking at the pier at night. The beach was gorgeous. People were so friendly everywhere we went...restaurants....bars....the housekeeping staff....renters....everything was great!! Love that this island is not over commercialized like Destin Fla.

We were very pleased with our stay in Eat, Drink, and Flounder. From the beginning when we booked the condo to unexpectedly having to leave due to family emergency, Navarre Properties kept us informed about the condo/surrounding area. Check- in/out were a breeze, cleanliness of the condo and building were great. Again, unfortunately we werent able to enjoy our entire stay but we look forward to rebooking with Navarre Properties in the future and hopefully have more time in the beautiful Emerald Coast.
Notes
Check in is between 3PM and 5PM Central. Rooms are guaranteed by 5PM. Please be sure to have alternate plans in case you arrive before your unit is ready.
