Also included is a Bunk Alcove in the hallway that includes 2 twin beds. This unit comes with complimentary beach service in season. As an added bonus the beach chairs come along with 1 hour a day of paddleboard or two-man kayak rental! Please come and enjoy dipping your toes into the Gulf of Mexico.
This property requires a Saturday to Saturday weekly stay during Peak Season.

We did not have any actual contact with staff while checking in or out as it was done electronically. However, we did have contact with maintenance staff on the property and a visit by them to do some routine upkeep. They were very courteous, friendly, and never were intrusive at all.

We loved it here and definitely plan on returning again. very clean, quiet, family oriented with great views.
This condo was fully equipped with all the amenities of home from a fully stocked kitchen (pots, pans, casserole dishes, cooking utensils of all sorts, etc) tons of movies, and even things like a fan, noise makers, boogie boards, and free chair/paddleboard rental daily. Very clean a d spacious as well. The owners of this condo thought of everything to make sure you had all you needed for a great stay.

The Summerwind East property is very well maintained. I enjoyed watching the maintenance team taking care of the pool and surrounding area while having my early morning coffee on the balcony! Thanks to all who made our stay very pleasant and relaxing.
Reserving a condo was very easy and pleasant. The personnel are very friendly and knowledgeable. The pictures of the condo is exactly what the condo looked like when we arrived. So thankful that Navarre Properties keep up to date on the condition of each condo
