10/10 recommend staying at Navarre Properties. Easiest check in and out Ive ever experienced. Cleanest and nicest condo with everything we needed to use. Quiet and laid back. The extra security guards was an awesome bonus. The view was amazing. The prettiest water and the marine life was amazing. We saw things weve never seen anywhere else. Easy access to go fishing. All in all it was our favorite vacation so far. We look forward to coming back and making more memories there. Were already talking about our next trip there.

Booking staff excellent, check in staff super friendly, maintenance staff awesome. No complaints and good service is hard to find these days. Clean, gorgeous view, close to everything, well maintained.

We were so impressed with the staff, the property location, the grounds. Condo was well maintained and very clean. Pools were beautiful. We felt it was a safe location and close to both Pensacola and Destin. We will be booking again for next year.

This was the perfect vacation for our family. The condo is placed in the absolute most perfect location, easy access to the beach. Pools and hot tubs were kept in great shape, and even a grill area to cook in. We absolutely love this condo, its our second time staying here and hope to make this a yearly tradition!!

We were coming from Louisiana during what was supposed to be a direct hit from Hurricane Barry. Unsure of how the storm would affect our trip, I called the property management on two separate days to see what my options were. For both calls, (I think his name was Ben) he was helpful and supportive. Assured me that management would do whatever it could to make sure we were taken care of. Things worked out, and our trip went on as planned, but he was still very helpful! When we checked in, the person there was also very helpful. Gave me tons of local information and helped get us into the condo early. However, in all of the email information I have received, it states that you charge $50/hour for early check-in (prior to 3-5). If that's not your policy, please remove it from the correspondence. I actually wasted time along the way trying to delay our arrival so I wouldn't have to pay the fee. If I would have known I would not have been charged, I would have gotten there earlier.

We loved it! Our kids said it was our best family beach vacation yet - even better than 30A! We will definitely be back next year!
