This is our 2nd visit to this same property. The staff at the front desk were great, the maintenance and security were very friendly.

The property is always very clean and maintained. We had to call on the staff for a couple of small issues at the condo but they were there very timely, fixed the problem and were very helpful and friendly.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Security guard was friendly in passing and we stopped him and asked a few questions and he was very helpful. Front desk was easy to work with if we needed anything.

The only complaint we had was on check out day the cleaning person tried to come in at 7a.m. We were not ready to leave that early and had to tell her that we were still there. She then returned at 9a.m. asking if we were leaving. She stayed outside our door while we packed up. We felt rushed to get out.

Everything was great! We could have used a few extra towels since we had 9 people and only 6 towels to share. Dryer needs to he checked. It took forever to dry anything. Even just a few towels or clothes took at least 3 cycles.

We absolutely loved Navarre Beach. I loved the pier, I went to the pier everyday just to see the catch of the day, and to see what might be swimming around. I loved gathering seashells. I found a sharks tooth. That was like finding gold to me.;;)) I will be back and can't wait to take family and friends with me. I also loved the fact that Pensacola and Destin is so close.. love, love, loved it..
