We had a little hiccup with our washing machine. They responded quickly and were very accommodating.

Our stay was fantastic. The water was gorgeous and the weather absolutely perfect! The Pier is a must do. We were able to see sea turtles and dolphins daily around 5 pm. The condo is very well stocked, however I wish we would have had more towels - we had several kids under 5 that required naps, which required two baths a day. It has beautiful decor and the layout is great. We had a little problem with our washing machine (things happen) and the staff was very friendly and quick to respond. The maintenance guy was knowledgeable and kind and they were all very accommodating so that our fun wasnt disrupted! This was a fantastic trip and I would highly recommend Navarre Beach Property as your next vacation rental.

I had a maintenance request for a bathtub not draining. Immediately the staff took care of this and everyone was so nice!

We loved the space and how comfortable everything was! We will definitely try to stay in this unit again.

I was surprised the day after we checked in to get a call, asking if everything was good and if we needed anything.

This was our first time visiting the Navarre Beach area and Summerwinds was the PERFECT location! The views from our beautifully decorated and clean condo were amazing, and it was so close to the pool and the beach. The check-in and check-out process was extremely easy and we loved being able to have access to beach service (chairs, umbrellas, etc). We will definitely be back and will share with our friends and family about our new favorite place!

Working with your team was easy. Loved the welcoming friendly smiles and just overall the staff seemed to be happy and enjoying their jobs. That sort of attitude really carries over and makes us, as vacationers, feel at home.

The stay- over all was great! The view from our building of the pier and the ocean--was just amazing! We always felt safe and liked that there was a security person on-site so that only guests of this particular property were allowed. We were a bit concerned as our property said it had 2 elevators so we never worried that we would be spending a ton of time waiting around - however our entire stay one of the elevators was not operational. That was a bit concerning but overall we just adjusted our times of going up in the evening so as to avoid the crowds as much as possible. We also did call to inform whomever that our unit had very VERY bad water pressure- on day 1. On day 1 we got a call back that it was being looked at. We never noticed a difference in our main shower so assumed maybe it was simply an issue with our units showerhead. We don't generally complain, but my husband said we would not stay in that particular unit as our 1st choice unless that issue was fixed. I agree. I almost went and purchased a new showerhead just so he would stop complaining to me over it. Either that or maybe ours all just needed the hard water buildup cleaned out of them. I know it 's not an entire property issue as we spoke with other guests on higher floors and they said they had amazing water pressure in their showers. We didn't love the fact that small kids were allowed to play around in the hot tub. We golf and like to enjoy a nice soak in a hot tub before and after our rounds and it was just always full of kids playing as tho it were another pool. We would have liked it if there were rules on that but then again, it'd have to be monitored to be enforced. The community bathrooms at the pool were kept clean and in good repair as was most all of the property. As first time guests of Summerwind, we were overall pleased and would consider staying there when we come again next year. We generally like smaller complexes but I am glad we have added this one to our list of possibilities to stay and where to recommend to other family and friends. Love NAVARRE BEACH and always enjoy it there!

If the other units are as well kept as the one we stayed in, I would recommend to everyone. The process from renting to check out was easy. Thank you for a wonderful stay! This condo was very well kept. It had been updated and remodeled with new flooring, sinks and other items. The view from the room was outstanding and its location to the pier was great for fishing.
