With a guest bedroom with a Queen and attached bathroom, an additional guest bedroom with a twin bed, and a Queen sofa sleeper in the living room, there is plenty of sleeping for everyone who accompanies on your journey! Large Flat Screen TV's can be found in the living room as well as every bedroom, with an updated Smart TV in the Master Bedroom. Relax and reconnect on the wrap-around balcony where you can enjoy the beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico, or take it all in from the spacious living room (where you'll have plenty of seating) through the floor to ceiling sliding glass doors. I love Navarre Beach! Summerwind is clean , the staff are so nice and polite. I've been coming there since 2014! Definitely recommend !!
Had a glitch trying to schedule another week next month and they had it taken care of within 30 minutes. Called me back and said I was scheduled!

Always a relaxing time at Summerwind Condos. Relax on the beach or at the pool. Plenty of chairs to sit in at the pool. I always rent the beach chairs and umbrella so I don't have to tote my own!

The HOA should really consider decorating the entrance of the East building. It has the appearance of a maintenance entrance rather than the entrance to the building. Add some plants and color, remove the peg boards and replace with a flatscreen, move the carts to the stairwell, add some seating, just to improve the first impressions.
