It was our first stay at the complex and loved the decor of 901C. We will be booking another stay in the next month for next October. We will try a different condo just for a change but have this one on our favorite list.

Very quiet, always clean rooms, great location next to the pier

Everything went smoothly and had no issues during our stay.

Beautiful property, have been staying there for several years and can't imagine being happier anywhere else! We will continue to stay at the Summerwind each time we visit!

Wonderful unit

Enjoyed the stay very much. Navarre Beach is beautiful!

We always want SD 194 and they work with us on dates. We usually reserve early so that we can get that unit. Once we just couldnt work it out and they set us up with another SD unit. They worked with it until they found another end unit there and it was great - were just sold on 194 because it feels like home.

Always enjoy our yearly stay in the condos at Summerwind. We have stayed more than 5 times and every time the condos are just perfect! Im great condition, updated, beautiful views, well maintained and the most friendliest staff from all we encountered! We will be back next June !!!

Great vacation. The only complaint would be something out of your control. The building next door obstructed the sunsets. Hardly a complaint since we had a beautiful view of the daily sunrises. That particular suite was great. I can't think of a single complaint.

The staff was amazing. They went above and beyond all of our expectations. From even before we booked the property they were helping and answering questions to help us select the unit that fit our needs best. The entire process was easy and I cannot say enough good things about the staff.

This property had everything that we needed to have a full week stay. The fully stocked kitchen met all of our needs. The decor was great and fit our family well. We loved everything about our unit.

The property is well maintained and beautiful. Two small issues were that the hot tub behind our condo didn't get hot. Maintenance fixed it, but that lasted for a day and it went cold again. Luckily, there are 2 more hot tubs on property. Chair service is included, but even though the unit sleeps 8, only 2 chairs come with it. We brought our own so that was fine, but the other family that was with us did not. No major issues that really affected our visit though. We had an amazing time. We came to just relax on the beach, but ended up taking an amazing dolphin tour, visiting the best zoo we've ever been to, and heading over to Fort Walton to the Gulfarium. My daughter got to have a penguin encounter. My fiance' went on a deep sea fishing excursion, and then we were lucky enough to catch a Blue Angel's practice! One of our days, we drove down towards Pensacola and pulled over at one of the more secluded beach areas and had the entire beach to ourselves. It was the best vacation ever.

I loved that this property had all the essentials we would need. We made a few family dinners in the fully stocked kitchen and used the cooler for a family picnic. There were even 4 buckets and shovels for crab hunting, so we grabbed a bucket and paired up into teams to do some competitive crab hunting! We had a blast at this property. This unit was immaculate. Loved being on the first floor and having a private parking space. Apparently you also get one hour per day to paddleboard for free, which we weren't aware of until the last day, but none of us would have done it anyway. The view of the pier and ocean was amazing! It also had plenty of room for our two small families.
