Front door lock was difficult to operate, sometimes taking 3 or more times to open (maybe it was just us).
Master bedroom ceiling fan light randomly turned off an on by itself.

Very nice and clean vacation condo/resort. A few resturants to walk to. I rented a bike from The boardwalk in Navarre Beach I rented my Beach chairs and umbrella through Lazy days. The ither vacation
Condos that I normally rent have the beach chairs umbrellas complimentary so i was a bit disappointed having to rent those separate. All good though!
