If you are looking for a quiet get away with a quaint beach town feel, this is it! SW 1403W was exactly as described in the pictures! It was perfect for two families to spread out and enjoy the week at the beach!

They are more than a corporate office. They are caring human beings. I will never forget how kind they were to me when I had to leave because my brother passed at home.

Ive stayed at four different properties at Summerwind and have enjoyed all but one and it wasnt with Navarre Properties. I will only rent through them in the future.

Maintenance people here are always friendly & helpful.

We do enjoy the location, being close to pier, heated pool and views!

Staff always responded quickly - within minutes- in response to any questions I had. Amazing.

We loved every minute of it. Clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. Beautiful condo in every aspect. And wonderful pools, hot tub and grounds. We enjoyed our stay and felt taken care of. Loved every minute of it.
