We have stayed with Navarre Properties for the last 5 years, the location and Condos are absolutely perfect.

The place was clean and love the views and convenience to the beach from the condo.

Perfect family accommodations. All beds were king size and unit was very modern and roomy. Elevator was fast and a very short walk to beach. Beautiful pool and facility!

They called next day to make sure everything was good.

Everything went well. Was pleased with experience. Easy check in/check out & everything was advertised.

1. We thought it was inconvenient (and possibly a health concern) not having a bathroom near the pool area. 2. We were confused about the property being pet friendly. Some correspondence stated NO PETS ALLOWED... but dogs were definitely present at the property. 3. We thought it would have been better if an on-site bar/grill was available for pizza/burgers/sandwiches & frozen drinks.

Everyone was professional, friendly and helpful.

We couldnt have been happier about the stay in 703West!!! The unit was beyond our expectations! Very clean , plenty big and a beautiful view of Navarre beach! Will definitely stay again, property manager called to check on us and we were more than pleased
