This furnished condo is well decorated and comes with a fully stocked kitchen (all eating and cooking dishes and utensils), dining area, living room, 1 King Bed in the master bedroom, 1 1/2 baths and 2 built in bunk beds in the hallway. Two televisions: one in the living area and one in the master bedroom. Enjoy the beach, enjoy the pool, enjoy the grilling area, and fish/walk on the longest fishing pier on the Gulf of Mexico. Within minutes walking distance to restaurants, water sport equipment rentals, and the Santa Rosa Sound. Linens and towels furnished. Bring your bathing suit and beach towels and simply relax and enjoy.

Two times they had to enter the apartment, once for a furniture delivey and once to change furnace filters. They called my cell both times to ensure it was ok. Also, we were pulling a trailer with our motorcycle and they were more than accommodating with letting us park it on-site.
