From your master bedroom that features a king bed, alcove twin bunk beds in the hallway, and sleeper sofa in the living room, you will enjoy breathtaking views from your private gulf front 13th floor balcony of the Gulf of Mexico. This condo has brand new televisions throughout and recently replaced king and twin mattresses for your comfort.
Cook up your favorite dishes from the spacious kitchen with granite countertops and all the appliances and cookware you need. .
This condo also comes with a stackable washer & dryer.

When you are not hanging out in this beautiful condo, or lounging on our beaches, looking out at our crystal-clear emerald waters, you can enjoy access to the multiple swimming pools, hot tubs and fitness centers at Summerwind Resort. Check in is between 3PM and 5PM Central. Rooms are guaranteed by 5PM. Please be sure to have alternate plans in case you arrive before your unit is ready.

25% of the total balance is due upon booking as a deposit. Remaining balances are due 14 days prior to arrival, and in most cases, will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.
