This updated unit on the 12th floor at Inn at Summerwind is perfect for your next family beach vacation! Just remember it is "5 O'clock Somewhere" when you are on vacation. This unit has a brand new 42" flat screen television in the living room and also a flat screen television in the bedroom! This unit offers breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico from your own private balcony with two chairs and a table. Another bonus for this unit is when you walk out of your vacation rental you have beautiful views of the Santa Rosa Sound. This unit offers a twin sized futon in the alcove area in the hallway for additional bedding. You also have a King sized bed in the bedroom and a Double Sleeper Sofa in the living room. Many upgrades have been added such as new living room furniture purchased, granite countertops, side by side refrigerator/freezer, flat top stove, dishwasher, and new carpet throughout. The bathroom offers limited accessibility with bars around the toilet and within the shower. The shower has a five inch lip to step over. There is seating for four at the dining table with two additional bar stools at the breakfast bar. This sensational unit has everything you will need during your vacation.

SW 1204E was perfect for our stay. It is very well set up for a family of 4. We were very impressed with all the storage in the bathrooms. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the skillets and utensils that were needed. The appliances are very nice and have been recently updated.

When you walked into the ground foyer, there was always a nice clean smell. You can tell the property is cleaned regularly and well-kept. We never saw clutter anywhere. There was always a cart available when we needed one. We stayed on the 12th floor and I was amazed at how quickly the elevators arrived. My husband really enjoyed staying in Summerwind East because it was conveniently located next to the pier. We saw dolphins every day, either from our balcony or from the pier. It was amazing.

There is no substitute for the soothing sound of water lapping the beach and feel of sugery sand on Navarre Beach. We thoroughly enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony while watching dolphins playing.
