Summerwind 302 East is a third floor, east building 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath gulf front condo. This condo sleeps 6, with a King in the master, 2 Twins (bunkbed) built into an alcove in the hallway, and a Queen sofa sleeper in the living room. There are 2 TVs, a stereo, and a washer and dryer located in the unit. This unit is now equipped with complimentary wireless internet.

The staff was very professional and made sure that I understood everything about my stay. The staff member answered my questions I had. Lastly on our way to the location a staff member called to let us know that our room was available to check email for codes. LOVE IT!!

Check in is between 3PM and 5PM Central. Rooms are guaranteed by 5PM. Please be sure to have alternate plans in case you arrive before your unit is ready.
