The unit has a master bedroom with a king-size bed, a second bedroom with 2 double beds, a bunk room with twin size bunk beds. The condo has two full baths. Each room is equipped with cable TV. There is a full-size laundry room with washer and new dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped including all appliances, new refrigerator, microwave, blender, etc. No pets and no smoking allowed.

The only reason for the 3 star rating for check in is b/c I think 3-5 is way too late for check in. Other than that, I like getting a call to let us know and certainly love the fact of not having to stop somewhere and pick up keys.

Very friendly staff, answered all of our questions and made us feel at ease. Flexible and understanding in how the check in and check out process worked given this virus situation. Our two youngest kids lost their pool pass bracelets.When I contacted the office and was expecting to pay a replacement fee, they said no worries, they were still figuring out the virtual check in process, and the children didnt need the bracelets anyway, and if we had been checking in in person they would have known not to give them the bracelets then.

Had an amazing time! The room was just perfect for our family of five. The view was amazing and extremely quick access to the beach. Unit was clean and organized, and the binder of check in info and check out info was easy to understand and follow. We will definitely come back here again!
