The open floor plan sleeps 6. Accommodations include a private master bedroom with a king-size bed, as well as two twin bunks built into an alcove in the hallway, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room.
The central bathroom has a modern tiled walk-in shower, accessed from both the hallway and the master bedroom. There is an in-unit washer and dryer, and a fully-furnished kitchen.
The four comfortable chairs, tables, and ottomans on the balcony provide a great spot to sip your morning coffee, share a meal, catch a nap, or get lost in the sights and sounds that surround you. The views from the private balcony are unobstructed to the east; arguably the best view in the area. Spend some time looking down the Emerald Coast or strolling the longest fishing pier in Florida, and marvel at the dolphins and other aquatic life.
You are steps away from a few restaurants on the beach and the pier. If you are feeling more active, bicycle, parasailing, and jet ski rentals are nearby. The paved pathways are perfect for an invigorating walk, run, or bikeride.

Obviously very easy to find right off the bridge. Clean inside and out, with well maintained parking lot, landscape, and outdoor areas. The condo was clean and maintained, the only problem we had is not being able to stay longer!!

We love Summerwind and stay each summer. It is amazing!
Everything in our condo was perfect. The outlets at the bar didn't work, but that was an easy fix by moving the coffee pot. The dcor was so nice. We loved everything about the condo. My husband forgot to put the checkmark at the end of the code and couldn't get in the condo, but went downstairs and the staff was very helpful in helping him get in.

As I said, Ben was very polite. I called to check in early, since we arrived earlier than expected. Although our condo wasnt ready yet, he called both myself and my husband the moment that it was clean and let us know that we could check in.
