604E was the perfect size for my needs. Beautifully decorated. Comfortable bed. Kitchen had everything I needed. I loved the balcony view of the gulf! My favorite part of my stay was drinking wine on the balcony and watching the sunset. Absolutely gorgeous in the fall!

My experience with Navarre Properties has always been excellent. In 2020, when we cancelled our trip, each person I spoke with about it was friendly and helpful. Any time I have a question about booking or payments, I'm always met with a knowledgable, polite team member.

Summerwind is the place we stay when we visit Navarre Beach. I'd been to Navarre Beach several times while growing up, so I suggested it to my husband when we were deciding on a location for our honeymoon. We booked at Summerwind, and we've stayed every year (minus 2020) since. I do not plan to book with any other property for our vacations. We think of Summerwind as our home away from home.

We plan on returning on our next beach vacation. Our condo was completely updated, and it was a comfortable stay. The condo had everything you need for a week at the beach.

Our experience working with the property management team was a very positive one. I had several questions throughout the reservation process, and my emails were always responded to quickly with good information. They were always helpful and polite. I would definitely use Navarre Properties again for future trips.

Working with your team was easy. Loved the welcoming friendly smiles and just overall the staff seemed to be happy and enjoying their jobs. That sort of attitude really carries over and makes us, as vacationers, feel at home.

The stay- over all was great! The view from our building of the pier and the ocean--was just amazing! We always felt safe and liked that there was a security person on-site so that only guests of this particular property were allowed. We were a bit concerned as our property said it had 2 elevators so we never worried that we would be spending a ton of time waiting around - however our entire stay one of the elevators was not operational. That was a bit concerning but overall we just adjusted our times of going up in the evening so as to avoid the crowds as much as possible. We also did call to inform whomever that our unit had very VERY bad water pressure- on day 1. On day 1 we got a call back that it was being looked at. We never noticed a difference in our main shower so assumed maybe it was simply an issue with our units showerhead. We don't generally complain, but my husband said we would not stay in that particular unit as our 1st choice unless that issue was fixed. I agree. I almost went and purchased a new showerhead just so he would stop complaining to me over it. Either that or maybe ours all just needed the hard water buildup cleaned out of them. I know it 's not an entire property issue as we spoke with other guests on higher floors and they said they had amazing water pressure in their showers. We didn't love the fact that small kids were allowed to play around in the hot tub. We golf and like to enjoy a nice soak in a hot tub before and after our rounds and it was just always full of kids playing as tho it were another pool. We would have liked it if there were rules on that but then again, it'd have to be monitored to be enforced. The community bathrooms at the pool were kept clean and in good repair as was most all of the property. As first time guests of Summerwind, we were overall pleased and would consider staying there when we come again next year. We generally like smaller complexes but I am glad we have added this one to our list of possibilities to stay and where to recommend to other family and friends. Love NAVARRE BEACH and always enjoy it there!

They were great.

Summerwind just keeps getting better every year. Despite storms and covid, the staff always makes sure those visiting have a clean, comfortable vacation experience. This was our first time in SW505E but it was a very pleasant surprise. Great kitchen, loved the refrigerator, and the beds were perfect for our adult children.
