The condo was very clean, up to date, and had an excellent view. I have been coming there for two years now, and don't plan on stopping. By far the best accommodations, and vacation destination there is.

Summerwind is beautiful and very well maintained. The stay from booking to check out was simple and the staff was great and eager to assist if anything was needed. It was a perfect long weekend getaway!

We loved the beach! Beach Colony West was wonderful. Elevators were readily available, pool was large and refreshing. Very nice complex.

It was very easy to make the reservations. We needed two condos side by side, so I called Navarre Properties, and they made it happen. Very good communication also. We did have a couple questions and visited the office on site. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I will say I have never worked with another place that has helped me more. Very professional, very knowledgeable, always available, and the list goes on! I had several serious things going on with my family and they did everything possible to help us. I will always use them when possible. Highly recommend them to everyone! They were the best!!! Beautiful condo, decorated beautifully, spacious, clean, all appliances worked great, kitchen had everything we needed and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. Would recommend this condo to anyone. Pool was clean and perfect. We could not see sunrise and sunset as much as other condos; but we usually went down to the beach at those times anyway. We loved this condo!
