Perfect condo

Staff was great and answered all questions and very helpful

Great stay, only wish we had booked longer. We have been coming here for the last 9 years and wouldn't stay any where else. Always good prices and good clean rooms.

Great Experience

we have stayed in 1502W each year we have gone and couldn't be more satisfied with the condo. always clean and well stocked.

All correspondence was done over email and was documented well.

Cant wait to come back!!!We have a big family and the room setup fit our needs PERFECTLY.

As mentioned above I do not know the name of the lady who helped me when I called just to confirm everything. She was super helpful and friendly. Isaiah called the day of check in to let us know the room was ready early and he too was helpful and friendly. Great customer service from both.

My daughter and son in law was with us and normally we stay in Seagrove. My husband is from Pensacola so we have been down to visit our other daughter and her family so we knew Navarre was going to be our new vacation location. The condo we rented was 703W and it was lovely. Everything we needed was there so while we did not do a lot of cooking the kitchen was stocked for it. It was super neat and clean so much so that we plan on renting it again next year if it is available for the dates we decide on. Highly recommend Navarre Properties!

I cant say enough about the staff. Went above and beyond for us. Checked on us on our last minute drive from us state NY to make sure we were ok. Staff was top notch. Very helpful and understanding . Helped us with changing plans last minute. We cant wait to go back. Even the cleaning lady was pleasant!!

Was a beautiful house, perfect size for our family. Close to beach. House was clean and neat.

We were always in the loop with our reservations, reminders, suggestions for groceries/restaurants, instructions for check in & check out. Team member called us the day of our arrival to advise us the room was ready and waiting for us when we got there. Very pleasant trip.

The beach is well kept as well as the towers, pools and condo. Peaceful, not fast paced, traffic minimal. There were crews working on 1 of the elevators that was a little noisy at times. But we understand the need for the maintenance they were doing & do appreciate the attention they were giving the elevators to ensure they were safe and working properly.

We loved the no touch system of checking in and out during this pandemic. Everyone we spoke to prior to our visit answered all of our questions and made us feel comfortable even when our flight was arriving later than check in,

We stay at Summerwind every summer. We have never been disappointed. Cant wait to schedule our next vacation. Clean and met all of our needs.
