Fantastic! Loved it! Best stocked kitchen that Ive seen thus far. Have recommended yall to 3 people in the last week.

We had a contactless check in due to covid policies but we spoke to staff over the phone and through emails and they were always helpful and explained anything or answered our questions perfectly.

We loved staying in SW 403C. Perfect for big families who want to stay together. Staying in a unit at Summerwind is much better than a hotel because its just like a mini house. We were able to wash clothes, cook our own meals, buy groceries versus eating out every day, and the patio view was a beautiful sight for sure.

I've rented from Navarre Properties for years and never had a problem.

Fantastic location Clean Easy check-in

This is truly the most relaxing place in Florida. We felt safe walking day and night. This is a great location next to the Pier.

Very helpful. Being unfamiliar with the area and condo, I required extra assistance finding the unit and parking space and those who helped were very friendly

We loved the property. Had everything we needed. Nice rooms, comfortable beds. Loved the location and the fact it was away from the high rises.

Easy to make reservations online, helpful staff. The on-site staff at Beach Colony were extremely helpful. I did not get the ladys name but she always seemed to be in the right place at the right time to give us needed information like- where to park (our large truck would not fit In The covered parking) and guided us to the community center to use the gym and restrooms.

Beautiful condo and clean!! It was a wonderful family vacation. We will be back soon

I've stayed in several of the other condo units at Summerwind, and this is by far the nicest one. The room was clean and the decor was beautiful. I can't think of anything this unit didn't have that we would have needed.

Navarre Properties is to notch. Always helpful and committed to making our stay the best. Sophia was amazing. She was over the top helpful. Great personality and very kind.

Summerwind is our home away from home. Our grandsons have been coming here with us every summer. We walked in to our condo, and the 7 year old said, "Ahhhh, we're home for a whole week". Lol We love our condo.

I have gone to Florida several times and this is the best place I've stayed. The rooms were perfect and had everything we needed. The location was awesome - right on the beach and by the pier. We'll definitely be returning next year!
