The property beautiful. Loved having security. Very clean pools. Wished hot tub worked while there.. one elevator working but we understand it was getting fixed. Thank you for letting us stay.. hopefully we will be back soon! Beautiful property!

My family and I had an excellent experience with team members who helped us on the phone and in person. The property was above my expectations. The place overall was very clean and well taken care of. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had to ask staff several questions and they were very knowledgeable and helpful.

Our stay on the property was fabulous. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking at the ocean and all the extras such as the swimming pool and hot tub. The condo was very efficient, well stocked and roomy. We are a family of 5 and was very comfortable. The property as a whole was very clean and well kept. We will definitely be back to stay. We loved the actually condo Rubys Legacy. It was beautiful, very well decorated and a great location.

We had a technical issue with the electronics. They weee very quick to fix the issues and were very pleasant in the process.

I understand that a unit has to be cleaned properly but it seemed odd to me that it is advertised that check in is at 3 pm. But then a few days before arrival the email states check in begins at 3pm but no later than 5 pm. I think a lot of people plan their arrival time based on that check in time so some transparency upfront about that would be best.

We love this property. Have now stayed there 3 times and look forward to returning again and again. The location is so convenient to the pier and walking distance to several restaurants. You cant beat the views.

I didn't really have to talk to anyone much but if we did they were all super friendly and helpful.

It was great! Always super clean, very easy access, had everything we needed. So comfortable!!

Check-in/Check-out process was super easy. Every time I emailed with a question. I had an answer within a couple of hours.

Overall, a very good experience! The house was super clean and just beautiful, loved the blues in the color scheme. Loved the balconies, spent a lot of time out on them.

I have been staying there for years and will continue!!! Love the property and being on the Gulf!!! The office crew is fantastic!!!! I call and they are always ready to make my reservations year after year!!!!

It was great. The view from the condo was amazing. The condo was very nice and comfortable the AC worked perfect the dryer worked perfect which may seem funny me saying that but most of the condos that we have stayed at the dryer does not work well but this one did.

We love staying at SummerWind! The beaches are clean, the lifeguards are nice and the people renting chairs are pleasant to talk to. The pool is awesome for little kids as it is not deeper than 5ft. We were able to teach our little girl how to dog paddle and felt safe letting her paddle around the pool with us close behind. The room was clean and well stocked with what we needed. We loved how security would walk around and check pool bracelet. They even spoke to some teens who were being to rough in the pool area around little kids. We felt like we were home and our little 3 year old felt comfortable and was able to enjoy being away from home. The place is nice, clean and feels safe.
