Not much contact but when the guy called and told me that our unit was ready he was almost as excited to deliver the news to me as I was to be getting the much looked forward to news that our home for 6 nights was ready for us to move in. I WAS OVER THE TOP EXCITED TO GET IN AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. I WAS NOT GONNA LET HURRICANE IDA STEAL MY JOY. HURRICANE SALLY DID THAT LAST YEAR.

It was such a GREAT EXPERIENCE that I am going to start looking at SUMMERWIND for our next year beach vacation.

The employees were constantly cleaning and busy. Security was tight, they would stop guest and check if they had their bracelets. We felt very safe. Management was friendly, informative and professional.

The condo itself was clean and decorated cute. We were pleased. The other ladies in my group were already looking to book next year. It was a lovely week.

Isaiah was the one who booked for me over the phone. He was VERY helpful to me since it was a last minute booking due to Hurricane Ida. When we decided to extend, the ladies at the desk were very kind and friendly.

I only spoke with one person & that was on the day of check in & she was very nice & thorough in her instructions of checking in, I did everything else online.

This condo is BEAUTIFUL and SPACIOUS and PRIVATE! The view of the ocean and pier is stunning. We loved our private entrance, too! An added plus was being right next door to the office and beach store/bar!

Everyone was very courteous and friendly!

We enjoyed being on the sixth floor so we could see better out on the ocean! We say dolphins jumping out by the pier which was fascinating! We could see the wrath of Hurricane Ida and it did not even come close to where we were at. It was a memorable stay. I would highly recommend taking kids to see the Gulfarium. We paid extra so our grandson was able to pet & feed the dolphins. There was no can opener which was the only downside we faced. Thanks for a beautiful property to make memories in!
